A local homeowner wanted to refurbish his home to a very high standard. Our brief included;
> Laying a Canadian Black Walnut solid wood floor throughout the ground floor,
>Solid marble flooring in the kitchen with electric heating underneath,
>Travertine solid stone floors in bathroom and en suite again with electric heating underneath,
>Install high spec kitchen
>Design and install new bathroom, en suite and cloakroom consecutively,
>Remove one external door and one window.

And all this with the clients living at the house throughout!
 

Property Two

A substantial refurbishment of an architect designed house in Locks Heath. We also added a large rear aspect extension to form a new kitchen and dining room. The client favoured an open plan design to allow free movement throughout the ground floor. Prior to development the property had one small room to the first floor accessed only via a spiral staircase. We redesigned and developed the property to boast 3 double bedrooms upstairs and a further 2 to the first floor. New bathrooms

substantial property with a hugely flexible living space. Significant ground works were also needed to provide land drainage to a water-locked patch of land to the rear of the property.

Property Three

Here we were delighted to take instruction from a local developer who wanted to modernise a 1930’s 3 bedroom bungalow and extend and redevelop to be an impressive 4/5 bed detached family house which boasts bathrooms up and down, large family size luxury kitchen with dining area, a study / bedroom 5 with landscaped gardens behind. Property Four

Our client bought a former HMO and small corner style shop and wanted to develop and convert to be two separate dwellings. A complete refurbishment was required to say the least! The property now consists of one 2 bed home with it’s own yard area and a second property, to the right, which boasts 3 bedrooms and a cellar home cinema room! include a full range of integrated appliances, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc.

Property Five

A high spec / high tech home in Chillworth; complete refurbishment of the lower floor including solid oak kitchen and flooring throughout. Bespoke, custom designed, high spec bathrooms through the first floor includes a feature curved wall! A significant extension has added in excess of 120 sq M (1200 sq ft) to this beautiful property adding huge value for its owner. A new and impressive dining room along with two king-size bedrooms were created in the new space.
